What Is It?

GROW is a meeting of all volunteers and staff involved in the Worship & Arts Ministry at Fellowship Bible Church. The group comes together four times a year for fellowship, communicating vision and direction for our ministry, to learn theology, and to discover ways to bring together an artist's emotions with deep biblical truth.  We do this because we understand the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20) to be the calling of all Christians to lead others into a personal faith in God and to help nurture them into an ongoing personal growth process. As the Worship & Arts Community, we feel called to lead others into God's presence through music, rich theology, and Biblical truth. We also feel called to counsel and edify those in our ministry and encourage them to develop their gifts in the area of leading worship.  GROW is one way we do that. Other ways are Worship Leader Equipping Meetings, one-on-one discipleship, and counseling potential and growing worship leaders.
