Outreach Mission: Help people find and follow Jesus in unreached and under resourced areas of our city and world.

Every believer is called to be a missionary because our God is a missionary God. Gospel ministry is not reserved for a few in full-time, vocational ministers. It belongs to God’s people. As a church family, we think about missions in terms of personal, local and global missions based on Acts 1:8.

“You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem (personal), and in all Judea and Samaria (local), and to the ends of the earth (global).”

Bless Your Neighbor explores the implications of the gospel for our own lives and discover how this good news transforms us to treasure Jesus. It is aimed at equipping you to love the neighbors God has placed around you through living and sharing the gospel with them.

Regular Service Opportunities:

Love Topeka: We as a church want to love and be a blessing in our city. Every Second Saturday of the month we have sites all around the city where people of the church can serve.

Soul 2 Sole: We are called to live and share the gospel and Soul 2 Sole is an incredible opportunity to live the gospel by donating a pair of shoes to a guest at the Topeka Rescue Mission and then share your faith as you wash the feet of the guests and share your story of what God has done in your life.

Hi-Crest Opportunities: God has called Fellowship to go deep in the relationships and transformation in the community of Hi-Crest located in Southeast Topeka. This neighborhood is listed as an Intensive Care neighborhood by the city of Topeka due to 92% of the kids live in poverty, the unemployment rate is 25%, and the neighborhood is number one infant mortality in the State of Kansas. We believe the gospel is good news and hope for everyone and we want to proclaim and demonstrate that good news to the residents in Hi-Crest through mentoring opportunities, children’s programs, camp and partnering with the community through Affordable Christmas.

501 School District: We value our partnership with the 501 school district and want to play an active role in demonstrating the love of Christ with our actions. A primary that we can serve and make an impact in our school district is mentoring students through Topeka Young Life and the Bridge of Topeka.

Sharefest: Sharefest is a network of Topeka churches and organizations working together to serve others and to demonstrate the love of Christ to the community. Sharefest was created with the belief that churches can do more together than any church could do separately to reach out to its community. Sharefest partners with 501 and other non-profits by landscaping, painting and cleaning up the grounds of area schools and buildings. Click here to visit the Sharefest website for more information and to register.

Prison Ministry: We have mentors and teams in the Kansas Juvenile Correctional Complex and Women’s Prison here in Topeka.

Short Term Mission Trips: We want to be faithful to go and help people find and follow Jesus right here in our own city. Through the Doxazo Mission Trip participants will have the opportunity to love and serve children and communities in Hi-Crest and Central Topeka.

Short Term Trips: because the gospel truly is good news for all nations we desire to proclaim it with our words and with our sleeves rolled up in the unreached and under-resourced areas of the world. We believe that God has equipped everyone in the body of Christ with gifts that can be used in these contexts to glorify him.

Perspectives on the World Christian Movement: This is a course that we recommend to anyone interested in discovering the heart of God for global missions. For more information visit http://www.perspectives.org/

Church Buildings: We have the opportunity to advance the gospel by partnering with indigenous pastors in the Philippines, Ethiopia, and India.
